Garbage Day
Our little town is a bit behind the times... instead of city garbage cans they issue us black garbage bags.... we wonder if they'll ever enter the 21st century.
They also don't take credit/debit cards... all city utility bills have to be paid in cash or check.

ReplyDeleteI live in Belgium and we have to buy specail garbage bags. They are quite exspensive around 1.25 euros a bag. So I hear you with I wish we could get some cans!!!
